Dear Summerwoods Residents,

We hope this message finds you well and enjoying everything our wonderful community has to offer.

We’re writing to inform you of an important update regarding facility access in Summerwoods. To enhance convenience and improve security, we will be transitioning from physical access fobs to mobile phone access credentials.

Key Dates to Remember

• Deadline to Transition: June 30, 2025
• Fob Deactivation Date: July 31, 2025
• To complete the transition, residents will need to request their new mobile credentials by filling out the Mobile Phone Access Credentials Form . If you have any questions please reach out to Derrick Evans at Devans@Rizzetta.com  or Nancy Bregg at NBregg@Rizzetta.com no later than June 30, 2025.
• When reaching out, please include the following information:
• Your Summerwoods CDD property address
• A contact phone number
• Proof of residency, such as:
  • A utility bill
  • Vehicle registration
  • Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID showing your Summerwoods address
• A valid Email Address (This is how you will receive your access credential)

Additional Access Credentials

Every home is entitled to two Access Credentials, free of charge following closing of a new construction home. If a Resident leases a home, only the lessee shall be entitled to exercise the privileges of a Resident.

• The maximum number of Access Key Credentials per household is limited to four (4)
• Additional Access Credentials are $50 each

For the additional access Credentials the following information is needed:

• Name of individual (Must be at least 18 years of age, Per Amenity Rules)
• A contact phone number
• Proof of residency, such as:
  • A utility bill
  • Vehicle registration
  • Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID showing your Summerwoods address
• A valid Email Address (Need a new one for every additional person ( Example: family of three, three different email addresses are required))

Steps for Activation

• Download the Brivo Mobile Pass Application onto your mobile device.
• Check your email for a verification link and follow the instructions

After July 31, 2025, all previously issued physical fobs will be permanently deactivated and will no longer provide access to community facilities.
